Creative therapy painting session

I have experiences my self over the years how good and necessary it is to take time for yourself, in times where every things go so fast, where talk about your feelings is a sign of weakness and time, time to listen what we need, what direction to take, what boundaries to establish in order to listen, to know who we are and have peace of mind is a need that most of the time we keep avoiding. It was necessary for me to learn this


And than when i didn’t know how to start, how to take time for myself and listen what i needed, to put things in perspective..I discovered that the creative moments I took to paint, draw, to make doodles, to write.. they were helping me to calm my mind and my body. It felt for me like I found a tool not only to bring serenity in the middle of my anxiety but also I was able to understand the transitions and the chances that were taking place in my life.

I love when people just jump into the unknown and the creative process start, its so much fun but at the same time it reveals the things that they are going through in life and even those feelings that are mute, that have not been able to speak to be expressed over time, suddenly appear.
